Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome
Is it possible someone with Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome to have normal lymphocyte count (including T and B cells)?

Yes it is possible to have a normal lymphocyte count though there will be occurance of  dysfunctional lymphocytes. Platelet count will be usually in the lower side.
