Wisdom tooth which is erupted normally, is it compulsory to remove, if so is that fine if I wait for some time and remove later on ?

Hello dear sir, you need or not need extraction of wisdom tooth its all depends on the clinical condition of patient , if not having any pain then you can delay for few months but as I am seeing in your opg you not having the tooth buds (proceeding tooth) for wisdom in both your upper rt and left side so there is no more worth if lower wisdom tooth si its better to thing for extraction of lower wisdom tooth one by one

Even if the wisdom tooth has erupted properly but has a deep cavity or needs a root canal extraction is a better option rather than doing root canal You can do it as soon as possible because it can cause severe pain or swelling in that area

Surgical removal of wisdom tooth should be done asa identified or else if infection may cause damage to a greater extend .
