hello, you can do salt water rinses as a home remedy. but this will give you temporary relief. you can visit a dentist and get it checked. if pain persists, you can go for treatment under the consult of a physician.

Hello madam In extreme cases of pain... with the gynaecologist consent we can plan for slightly lesser invasive procedures for now like coronoplasty.. in this procedure if your teeth is partly impacted we will remove only little bit of gums and make the area self cleansing.. but it's too early for me to suggest you for that without actually looking the actual condition..

Hi, there are many causes of pain in wisdom teeth like decay, irritation from opposite tooth, infection in the gum surrounding the wisdom tooth and many more. The best treatment for wisdom tooth pain is its removal. But as you are six months pregnant, presently tooth removal is not advisable. It would be best to visit your dentist and get minor symptomatic treatment done. For temporary pain relief, take a painkiller like Paracetamol 650 mg and visit your dentist as soon as possible. Regards
