Wisdom tooth is erupting between age of 17-25 yrs.
You might get pain in ear throat and head. Hence it's normal.
Do warm salt water gargle.
Do a good brushing at the area where gum inflammed. You might get pain and bleeding during brushing at that area it's normal.
Wait for 3 to 5 days it will subside.
Hello. You have been taking necessary precautions which is good. But, considering your symptoms and age, it would be wise to get yourself examined by your Dentist.
After clinical examination and X-ray, appropriate treatment would be suggested. Wisdom tooth is the naughtiest tooth in our arch, it’s eruption is often malaligned or incomplete. Thus, often it is extracted for preventive and therapeutic reasons.
Next Steps
Visit a Dental clinic, preferably Oral surgeon asap
Health Tips
Avoid food accumulation in that area. This will prevent further deterioration of your symptoms. Visit Dentist soon
Considering your age and assumptions since we can't see your teeth .
Whatever best you can do you are already doing it..
And according to the current condition of your what you have described it's best that you visit a dentist and take further opinion.
Not all wisdom teeth erupt completely in the mouth. Considering your pain and swelling it is wise to consult an oral & Maxillofacial surgeon in your city who will then remove them. An OPG X-ray showing the wisdom tooth would help in diagnosis.
Next Steps
OPG X-ray , warm salt water rinses 3-4 times a day. Consult an Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon at the earliest
