Pain killer will help you temporarily and if you avoid it, it will be very severe next time. Suggesting you to go the dentist and doctor will tell you the treatment plan after the x-ray.

Hello. If your teeth are paining then visit a  dentist at the earliest. It is not advisable to take medicines on your own. Also without seeing your case clinically and xrays we can't determine the cause of pain. Let the dentist see your case and he will prescribe  medicines accordingly. Happy to help.
