Hello Please visit a dentist to check the position of your tooth. Many a times, wisdom tooth (3rd molar) needs removal if its position in the arch is incorrect or if it is erupting in wrong angulation.
Next Steps
Once you visit a dentist , he/she will check clinically & advice xrays if required
Health Tips
Till that time you can continue warm saline gargles at home
