Wisdom tooth
Experiencing pain in gums, I feel it's wisdom tooth, but not sure, how to figure this out. How many days will it take to go away completely and I can get back to my normal diet. It's been 3 days now

Visit your dentist as clinical examination and X-ray can only reveal the actual cause of your problem. When there is an infection be it due to any reason removal of the cause along with medications become essential. Taking medicines(pain killers-if any) can only give you relief for the moment.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist. They ll do their best

Hello there. Considering your 26, you're just beyond the normal limit of wisdom teeth which is 25 years, however it can very well be a tooth erupting but considering it's running late and giving you pain, I would advise you see a dentist and get an x-Ray to make sure there is no infection in relation to that or neighbouring tooth and also confirm that the wisdom tooth is erupting in its normal path and not impeded by any other structure.
Next Steps
See a dentist and seek an evaluation and a X-ray
Health Tips
In the meanwhile warm salt water gargles and over the counter pain killers could help alleviate pain and provide comfort.
