First of all no dental treatment is supposed to be painful because procedures like wisdom teeth extraction are done under local anaesthesia and are absolutely painless. The dentist who has done the clinical examination and has seen the X-ray of the tooth will be a better judge to decide whether suturing will be required or not. Like with any healing wound, a post surgical wound also takes two or three days to heal. You will be given proper instructions on what should be done and what not during that phase. There is no fixed fees for any procedure and it depends upon the experience of the dentist as well as the condition of the tooth. It can vary from 2000 and can go upto as much as 10000 for most complicated wisdom teeth extractions.
