I AM 24 YEARS MALE. I HAVE 4 FULLY GROWN, WELL FUNCTIONING WISDOM TEETH. BUT I STILL WANT TO GET THEM EXTRACTED TO AVOID ANY FUTURE TROUBLE. IS IT OK TO DO SO EVEN THOUGH I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH THEN NOW. WILL I HAVE TROUBLE IN CHEWING OR ANY OTHER PROBLEM IF I GET THEM EXTRACTED? PLEASE REPLY IN DETAIL. I WILL BE THANKFUL TO YOU FOREVER.

Brush properly...make sure that u r brushing  last teeth properly....brush twice daily....use floss n mouth wash.....To prevent my future problem

Wisdom teeth which are functional and properly aligned don't need any treatment. Regarding your decision to remove them ,you will have to encounter the associated risks of extraction. Though the percent of complications during extraction is less there is a chance.
