Wired health issues
Dear doctor ..i was the strongest girl till 2020 april ..during covid i started facing health issues like anxiety ,wired feelings ,wired headaches .death fobia ,always scared to heart ..i even did MRI of brain normal ..i did more then 20 ECGs which comes almost normal but some times ECG shows heart beat 115,120, i did thyroid test which came normal ,Hemoglobin 11.5..vitamin D is less so i took 3 months medication ,, it's been almost 3 years now ,no peace for mind ,always scared of life ,married an my husband is a good person ,keeps me happy always an have a child.. god has given everthing but always worried about health ..after taking vaccine people facing chest pain ,i an my husband both started getting chest pain after the vaccine ,i took 6 months anxity medication ,nothing worked ,some times i feel i'm dying bcz i feel like i'm passing out an gonna faint ..i was my face then i feel better ,2 times early morning my heart started racing an i started sweating..went for ECG an normal

Hi there, This is a totally manageable problem. You just have to relax and definitely visit a psychiatrist for better counselling and therapy sessions From your information looks like you have GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder) when you feel fearful about everything and especially fear of death. This can be managed with anxiolytics and mild sleeping agents to calm you down. You need to be completely assessed for other psychiatric issues too.

Vitamin D deficiency can also lead to many nonspecific symptoms.dont worry so much and concentrate on having a good lifestyle for better health including heart health

This is purely Anxiety related phobias If you can consult on video mayb I can do some councelling sessions for you and mild anxiolytic do that it does flare up into a full formed disorder for lifetime Has to b dealt with right away Is v common to have in today’s stressful world
