Wire penetre near ankle joint
The wire has penetrated near ankle joint which was operated then. The wire piece was extracted but completely it couldn't be. It was told that wire has been penetred deep inside the bone therefore it couldn't be removed completely. The 17 yrs old boy still feel pain and irritation for the remnant piece. Kindly suggest what to do? Also find the attached x-ray before surgery. Thanks

The wire is fixing the joint. It should be removed. It may be difficult, but must be done.
