Yes if it is proven vitiligo the trait might be recessive but that doesn’t mean the kids will surely have it, if it’s dominant meaning in immediate parents or grandparents of the offspring(that are your parents) the chances are high but it is difficult to comment whether it will surely happen or not but yes, there are chances.
