Will society accept iui born child.

Hi dr, My age is 35 and mine wife age is 34. We are married of 5 year and trying for baby since 2 year. Met local gynco and tried induced ovulation for 6 month but nothing working. Mine BMI is 30 and mmmy wife BMI is 40 approx due ot her over weight We have done all her tests at indra IVF like follical tube and etc. All are normal I did sperm test in 2 year and my sperm count has decreased from 49milliom to 26milliom in latest report. But gynco told me report is OK. Here recent AMH is 1.9. Now we are left to option for iui and even ivf. We as couple are worried if society will accept IUI or ivf child?? Will society call me impotent?? Lots of thoughts are going on. God know what is going on in life... We are heavily trying to reduce weight. Please suggest.. something... I am not financially strong to go for IVF... if i somehow go for ivf and if it fails then i can not go for second.. How much will one ivf cycle cost?? Please suggest..
