Good evening. Ultimate height is the amalgamation of parent’s height. However a good nutrition can cause a significant impact. Have you been diagnosed with OCD and are you on any specific medications ? I have a few more questions before I can answer your queries.

Greetings At 16trs, some growth is still possible, but it is typically less significant than earlier years. Final height is primarily determined by parental heights and individual growth plates. OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) is a mental health condition and does not directly impact physical height growth. It does not affect the appearance of growth plates on an X-ray.
