Why this repeating
I am walking 6 to 8 kms a day. Due to ingrown nail and scattered nail I can wear shoes.
As much as walk I am seeing some internal bleeding / blood clotting like this.
My sugar levels are normal 90 -105 hba1c is between 5.6 to 6 since last 4 years. Checking every quarter.
Then why I a suffering like this. It drys and peal out after some days.
