Why is this kind of semen coming out?
Why is this kind of semen coming out while ejaculating, my brother's age is 15.The USG and urine test report is normal and has been approved by the doctors,what is the reason is it a cause of very serious concern

This is because of agglutination of contents. Need to do semen analysis & culture test. And consult a urologist.
