Why is there dull pain in lower right abdomen that comes and goes?

My age is 35 years, my complaint is that I have constant irritating pain in my stomach. It is not very sharp pain, it is constant dull pain in the lower right abdomen which comes and goes. It makes me restless throughout. Kindly describe the reason for this dull pain in my stomach
