Why is Myomectomy extremely expensive?

I usually hear India was affordable and best in surgeries I decided to get a visa and made my way for fibroids removal, I have been extremely shocked on prices, cheapest myomectomy was $5600 this is almost 8 times more than the best VIP hospitals in Nigeria, Cameroon and most Spanish territories and even 6 times more than USA I have been back with a lot of questions, can an Indian with same sickness afford that amount? I was privileged to meet with some Indians who gave birth via CS and most told me they paid nothing more than 85,000 Rupees which is about $800 just like other countries, what's really going on? Tickets and accommodation is not anywhere considered. I was once told it's because I am a foreigner, please let's get answers that will help anyone rushing to India for fibroids, I returned without any solution after trying so many hospitals to no avail.
