Why I cant see pregnancy symptoms now

I hv irregular period problm with pcod n my last period was on 3rd july 18 But still i m one week pregnt i was checkedup by dr. On 4th jan. 2019 from before these days i have seen all symptoms on me but now i cant see any symptoms on me so plz tell md why i cant see any symptoms now and how i am pregnant whn i have irregular period problem please help me
