My daugther is 14 months, she was suffering from fever from past 5 days and now it has reduced but she has green poop & watery along with rashes very badly

It could be viral diarrhea. As is the case with most viral fevers, a rash appears once the fever dissipates. And for the green poop, Most probable reason being the virus has now affected your daughter's tummy and hence is causing the diarrhea.
