Why do I fall sick all the time?

Hello , I've been diagnosed for chronic depression which lasted for several years , In 2017 I was diagnosed diagnosed for high BP and in past 6 months I was taking medication for it and now I'm better however physically I'm very weak... Last year in May I suffered from typhoid and few months after that I lost 4 kg ... Then I got UTI (I'm not serially active) ...and even after taking medications , it did not go completely ...now I feel tired most of the time even after waking up...I get dizzy when I move fast...there's lower back pain and abdominal pain...can you please give a permanent solution for all this... Thankyou .

Tab. Brufen 600mg Tab. Buscopan Tab. Mactotal Get your cbc, tsh levels checked Is there pain while passing urine? Is history of recent fever? Is UTI still present, then need to start on antibiotics. Any history of itching near groin area? Need more detail history for proper evaluation and medication
