Whole body itching suddenly in the night
Hello Sir/Madam,
I am Deepak 31 age my problem is atleast weekly twice suddenly in the night the whole body got started itching that leads to inflammation and red bumps whole over the body i dont no why it happening like that...but once levo cetrizine 5mg taken immediately after 1 hour it will come to normal and all the inflammation and bumps will be clear... During the time of itching it is horrible to face the situation... i have consulted skin doctor he said allergy and asked me to use levo 5mg whenever i face the situation after conducting thyroid and immune test but to avoid this horrible situation i requesting any doctor over here kindly suggest any other best treatment for permanent resolution i am ready to take tests and any treatment because you can understand my horrible situation facing by me during that time...

Hairfall is not due to one single cause. There are many conditions which can cause extreme hair loss and thinning of hair on the scalp. So first and foremost we have to find the cause of hair fall with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes maybe nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia also called pattern baldness, hypothyroidism, telogeun effluvium etc. Unless we find and c,read the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Also one should refrain from home remedies as it does not give any relief from hairfall. Tonight have a bath with warm water.
After bath apply Permite cream (5% Permethrin) from neck to toe- single dose application only tonight. Apply on full body( neck, chest, abdomen, full arms, full legs, private parts, buttocks, fingers, toes, in between fingers and toes
Overnight application. Wash next morning
DO NOT REPEAT APPLICATION
TAB. Montair LC- once after dinner for 3 weeks
Tab. Ivermectol(12mg)- tomorrow morning before breakfast- single dose only
Review with me after 12 days

You are suffering from urticaria. It can be due to infection, allergy, hormonal changes or sometimes idiopathic too. Need to treat underlying cause.
