1. Wash your foreskin and glans daily while having bath - a mild soap can be applied over these areas without any trouble / unless you have a burning sensation or irritation
2. make sure you dry all body folds and genitals after a bath to prevent recurrence of fungal infections
3. See a qualified dermatologist near you - get a KOH mount testing done from the glans to check if there's any residual infection and get treated accordingly.
