Whiteheads, pimples and dark spots
I've a problem of whiteheads on my forehead, my nose and chin area for a year. And there is a lot of pimple on my forehead and cheeks and black spots on the face too. I use the face wash of himalaya. Please tell me some solutions for this...

Whitehead, Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
