Yes wax can cause these symptoms .
Use soliwax ear drops 3-3-3 drops thrice a day for 5 days and then show it to nearest ENT Specialist.He/She ll remove it .

ear wax can cause headache but dizziness may have several reasons. Use Dewax/ soliwax. 4-5 times/day
that may drain out like liquid out of ur ears
