White tongue from 10 days
I am suffering from white from 10 days ...i am using ofloxicin , orindazole and multivitamin tablets from 3 days there is no use

Self medication is harmful, stop the medicines. White tongue can be from many reasons. More detailed history is required. Are there any other complaints other than being white like is it associated with pain or bad odour, is there any bleeding, is there a swelling. If you have just white tongue and no other complaints you may wait and watch.
