Hello ! Clean tongue with sterile cotton after feed . Do burping after each feed for 15-20 min so tat he won’t spit out milk .

White patch can be due to bottle feeding, some times normal also. Clean it with soft cotton cloth dipped in water. Salivation is normal for age. Will be their till 2 years of age.
