My two-year-old son has been passing very pale, almost white stools.please advise what is reason behind

Hi, I went through your query. I am a pediatric surgeon. Well,white stools in pediatric age group is to be taken seriously. Basically colour of stool depends on bile metabolism. If baby is having lose motions associated, fever, it's better to examine baby clinically. Further radiological investigations can be suggested accordingly as per findings on examination and history taking. Regards
