White spots on the tounge

Asked for Female, 25 Years

There were few spots and after sometime these White spots on the penis increased and side by side its the same situation with the tounge there are white spots on the tounge as well. This is what is happening with my husband. He is in shore job so cant visit a doctor. . Your immediate response would be appreciated.
