White spots on shoulder and back

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I am 29Y Male. I am having white and red spots on my shoulder and back from last 8-10 years. It does not itch or bleed. Photo attached. Could you please let me know what is this and if any treatment is required? I have no other medical condition.

the white linear lesions seen on your shoulder appear to be striae. they are normally present in most people. no need to worry about it
