White spots on right tonsil
Hi, having white spots in back of mouth. Hurts a little while swallowing and slight discomfort in right ear as well. The pictures are 2 days apart.. feels like it got a bit bigger than before. How long will this take to heal? Do i need antibiotics?

Sir can be tonsillar Stone or ulcer or abcess... but it needs to be examined first..
