White spots on Penis head and burn feel.

I had burning while urinating issue since past 1.5 months. I was on Curzest and alfusin. The KUB ultrasound was normal at that time and prostate size was also normal.The problem resolved in between. Since last 3 to 4 days I have noticed white skin or white spots/patches on some part of tip of penis and towards down when I completely push the foreskin down. Burn feeling is there. It feels as if something is stuck in penis and is not coming out. I am consulting urologist who has suggested zole initially and prescribed zole f afterwards. I am using zole f for the past 2 days. Please suggest how long would take to recover. I have not been involved in sexual activities with my partner for the past close to 2 months. I am still continuing Curzest and alfusin tablets. My uric acid was 6.4 and doctor has also given me a tablet to lower it.
