White spots on penile head. Are these.

I had sex with a random girl whom I met in a pub 4 weeks before, but during intercourse don't know how my condom burst. I immediately stopped and washed but after around one week some four to five red pimples appear on my penile head. I ignored them that time, but now from past two weeks my penile head and inner foreskin have many small pimples which have white head and discharge white substance when I wash them. The main problem is they itch only sometimes but stays for around 2-3 days then goes and comes back next day again :( These are red on first day they appear then have white tip for next 2 days, then disappear next day with a bit rash and again appears following day.. Can anyone help me to diagnose what are these..
