There are 2 white spots and a little black skin on my penis it does not pain or bleed it doesn't feel any pain on pressing or scratching i am worried please do tell something

If white spots associated with itching ,foul smell suggest balanitis, maintain hygeinicity and consult dermatologist or venerologist.
