White spot on mouth

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I've white spots on both corner of mouth. I've been taking medicines more than 2 years from Ayurveda and allopathy but no improvement yet. An earlier days i had the same on one of the mouth corner but later it started to visible as spot from a minute dot on another corner. I'm not sure what kind of disease it is..who is better to cure this .. Please help me.
