White spot on hole body..

Asked for Male, 13 Years

4/5 years ago there had no white spot on my brother's skin.. but after some day some little spot become... then we go to nearest doctot and they treat him.. but no result found .. Now the white spot is spread on hole body.. so my brother is so disappointed.. Pls help... Pls say about how to solve the problem...
