White spot on cheek

Asked for Male, 4 Years

My son aged 4years has a white spot growing on his cheek . In the beginning it was of 5mm radius. But with in 3months it grown up to size of small 1re coin. Physician told that this is due to some calcium definitely. Please suggest me the right treatment for it.
