White spot in throat

Asked for Female, 23 Years

But what worries me is the sore throat I get from it... Mild Swallowing difficulty and also it's below the tonsils means in the throat wall.. Below the palatopharyngeal arch.. I have to really look in to see it normally I can't see it.. Thank you so much for your help.. I am really scared since it's there for a month

Most common cause for keratosis pharyngeus or whitish debris over tonsils is reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits. It is not really a serious condition
