White spot
I recently noticed a WHITE SPOT near my shoulder line. There is no itching or any other sensation. Consulted dermatologist and he said that it's because of water as we recently shifted to another state.
He prescribed HHzole cream but there is no considerable result. Is this because of water or any other problem. What type of doctor should I consult for this ?
