White sores in back of throat

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Noticed white sores or the right tonsil area as shown in picture. No pain as such, but little discomfort while swallowing. Can you please help me with the diagnosis and any medications?

Seems like tonsillar Stone Try Gargles with betadine gargles twice daily Gargles after every meal
