White small dots 3 or 4 small small near Stenson duct .from last 3 months ..I'm morning when I get it is small but when I started eating food they get more feeling with tongue

I think most probably those are fordyce's granules. If so totally physiological and without any pathology. However,wrt a clinical picture I can assure you even more.

Is there any pain / burning sensation in that area ? Is there a cheek bite in that area (skin of the inside part of cheek coming between upper and lower teeth while chewing food)? If the white spots only get enlarged while eating, then you simply apply any oral anaesthetic gel over it before eating food. Please make sure you are taking proper vitamin intake also.
