White skin after the scab has fallen off

Asked for Male, 16 Years

I had an accident almost 2 and a half month ago.Now the scab has fallen off, but after that a white skin is left where i had got more severe injury, please tell me whether it will go naturally or not.Also the skin is whitish with some red marks in between, at some places the skin has come up as well.
