Some amount of white discharge is normal, but Excessive white discharge along with back pain can be from yeast infection or other pelvic inflammatory disease. If you have diabetes you are at a higher risk for getting yeast infections
If your white discharge is turning yellow with other symptoms like itching and burning please consider getting further treatment

Hello,
It is not abnormal to see white discharge in women with different age groups. Little bit of white discharge is not at all a medical problem.

Home remedy :
I will suggest you to extract rice starch after preparing rice. This needs to be cooled down and drink in a regular basis to prevent the problem of white discharge. You need to boil rice and filter water from rice. This starch is highly preferable when you are repeatedly suffering from the trouble of white discharge.
