First of all thank you. Plz find the attachment and tell me about that white spot in my tongue. I am a teetotaler. Last 10 days i had it. No pain, no irritation etc.

From the pictures you have shared that looks absolutely normal but white spot is not anything dangerous until and unless it’s interfering with the daily activities or you have pain

White spot could be due to friction from surrounding tooth, trauma,history and examination is required for evaluation.
