White patches on head and forehead

My 7 months old daughter has white patches on her head and forehead. Her scalp is also full of dandruff despite regular wash.. I am attaching images of her. Kindly advise what could be the reason?

Hi. They look like post inflammatory hypopigmentation which is commonly seen in sensitive skin babies. I would suggest you to use moisturizer and don't keep changing the products
