White patches on face from injuries

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have several injuries on face because of a accident. Dermatologist suggested Tarcoz 0.03 ointment. I googled for this cream , it says this cream is for eczema disease. I am not sure of i can apply this ointment on this white patches. Please advise.
