You may have idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis, tinea versicolor or vitiligo. But your Physician can confirm. Generallt Vitiligo will cause white spots and "patches" on the skin.
Next Steps
Lab Tests : Biopsy for Vitilago skin, Hyperthyroidism , Blood cell count/ antinuclear antibodies test, Visit Physician with reports for further investigation and examination.

First thing you will have to understand is that it's very important to stop the spreading of vitiligo. Having it completely cured comes next. Because it is an auto-immune disorder thus it is very difficult to say by how much time it can be completely cured!
Next Steps
Consult a good homoeopathic physician and go for a proper treatment.
