White patches around neck and arms
It's been around a year since i have started getting this white patches around my neck and arms, i have used medications prescribed by physician but of no help. It's TINEA VERSICOLOUR. Now it has started to spread. Worried, need some advice!

Hi. Greetings. This could be tinea versicolor. This is a fungal infection caused by pityrosporum fungus and is not anything serious. Usually subsides with short course application of anti fungal creams / lotions. However marks may take few weeks to go.
