White patches around eyes
She has got white patches around both the eyes.. looks scaly and dry at the start and then the color changes to white . consulted doctor and they have suggested the tacrovera ointment. Please suggest how long it will take to cure this patches and what is the reason for this patches?

These are probably patches of dry eczema/atopic eczema/pityriasis alba. Tacrovera is a very safe medicine and can be used for 3 months. Eczemas respond differently with different patients. Moisturiser helps a lot. U may use tacrovera at night and repeated application of a moisturiser like Sebamed moisturising cream in the day time( 2 to 3 times). If it is itching she could use some antihistamines like levocetrizine. Eczemas also tend to be recurrent so daily use of a moisturiser is important.
