White patch on face of my nephew
My nephew is 4 years old and he is having white patches on his face.. Initially it was at one spot but now it is spreading on the whole face... I am attaching the picture. Currently applying Foderm cream on that. Please advise why this is happening and how to cure this.

Looks like a fungal infection . As fourderm contains antifungal too , patient should be improving with it . But if he is not , you could seek opinion of a dermatologist too
